舒适护理在肺恶性肿瘤化疗中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在肿瘤化疗中的应用效果。方法选取96例肺恶性肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,随机进行分组;对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,实施舒适护理;对比两组患者满意度情况,综合评价患者的生活质量量表评分(SF-36量表评分),并作对比分析。结果观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在SF-36量表评分对比中,观察组患者的躯体功能、躯体角色、肌体疼痛、一般健康状况、生命力、社会功能、情感角色及心理健康评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在肺恶性肿瘤化疗中的应用效果确切,可提高患者满意度,提高护理质量,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing on the patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with malignant lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group were treated with comfortable nursing as well as routine nursing. The patient satisfaction to nursing was compared between the two groups after chemotherapy, the patients＇ quality of life scale（SF-36 scale score） were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed. Results The patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. For SF-36 scale score elevation, the scores in the observation group were significantly higher for physical function, physical character, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional role and mental health scores, than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comfort nursing on the malignant lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can improve patient satisfaction, nursing quality, and the quality of life of patients. So comfort nursing is recommended for clinical application.
