风险管理在住院患儿浅静脉留置针输液安全管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究外周静脉留置针输液患儿接受护理风险管理后的效果。方法随机选取我院收治的外周静脉留置针输液患儿110例,按照随机数字表法将所有患儿分为研究组和对照组,将护理风险管理和传统常规护理分别用于两组患儿临床治疗,对比不同组别患儿护理风险发生率、护理操作合格率和护理满意度等指标。结果研究组患儿各护理风险发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度和护理操作合格率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿护理效果更优。结论外周静脉留置针输液患儿临床治疗过程中接受护理风险管理,能够从根本上控制输液风险事件发生,对于构建和谐护患关系、提高临床护理效果具有重要意义,该护理方案应用价值突出。Objective To study the effect of nursing risk management for children with peripheral venous indwelling needle infusion. Methods One hundred and ten children with peripheral venous catheter infusion were randomly selected in hospital and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table.The study group and the control group were given nursing risk management and traditional conventional care, respectively.The incidence of nursing risk,the rate of nursing operation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing risk in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the rate of nursing satisfaction and nursing operation qualification rate was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The nursing effect of the children in the study group was better. Conclusion The nursing risk management in the clinical treatment process of the peripheral venous indwelling needle transfusion can be used to control the risk of transfusion.It has great significance for building a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients and improving the effect of clinical nursing.This nursing scheme has outstanding application value.
