摘 要:目的探讨心理健康教育对精神分裂症患者家属心理状态、遵医行为及患者疗效的影响。方法选取2015年7月~2016年6月江门市第三人民医院门诊治疗的120例精神分裂症患者及家属为研究对象,包括80例首发精神分裂症,40例慢性精神分裂症患者,首发组采用随机分组原则分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组家属未进行心理健康教育,观察组和慢性组患者家属则给予系统的心理健康教育干预,对两组的干预效果进行比较。结果经过系统的健康教育,观察组和慢性组患者家属的心理状态(SCL-90评分)、遵医嘱行为均较干预前有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和慢性组患者的疗效(BPRS得分和ITAQ得分)均较干预前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者家属实施系统的心理健康教育,可让患者家属了解更多疾病相关知识,改善患者家属的心理状态和遵医嘱行为,从而提升患者的临床治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the influence of mental health education on the mental state, compliance behavior of family members of schizophrenia and the curative effect of the patients with schizophrenia. Methods From July 2015 to June 2016, 120 schizophrenia patients and their family members from outpatient department of Third People's Hospital of Jiangmen City were enrolled in the study. All patients included 80 patients with firstepisode schizophrenia and 40 patients with chronic schizophrenia. The first-episode patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Family members of the control group were not given mental health education, and family members of the observation group and the chronic group were given systematic mental health education intervention, and the intervention effect of the two groups were compared. Results Through the systematic health education, the scores of SCL-90, compliance behavior in the observation group and the chronic group were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention(P〈0.05), and the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05). The curative effect(BPRS score and ITAQ score) in observation group and chronic group were significantly improved compared with that before intervention(P〈0.05), and the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The systematic mental health education for family members of patients with schizophrenia can make family members understand more disease-related knowledge, improve their mental state and compliance behavior, so as to enhance the clinical treatment effect of patients, which is worth popularizing and applying.
