摘 要:目的探讨PCOS患者内分泌代谢异常与AMH水平间的关系。方法观察组患者选自2015年1月~2017年8月我院收治的PCOS不孕症的80例患者,对照组选自同期我院收治的因输卵管因素导致不孕的60例患者,观察组患者按照AMH水平不同分为高AMH组(≥10ng/m L,37例)和低AMH组(<10ng/m L,43例);对比分析各组间AMH及激素水平;同时分析PCOS患者分泌代谢异常与AMH水平间的关系。结果观察组患者AMH、LH及T均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),FSH和E2含量组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高AMH组AMH及T均显著高于低AMH组,BMI显著低于低AMH组(P<0.05),FSH和LH高AMH组高于低AMH组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PCOS患者AMH水平与T呈现正相关(r=0.624,P<0.05);AMH水平与BMI呈现负相关(r=-0.511,P<0.05)。结论 PCOS患者AMH水平升高可能与患者内分泌代谢异常相关,AMH水平升高可作为PCOS疾病的辅助诊断标准。Objective To explore the relationship between abnormal endocrine-metabolism and AMH in PCOS patients. Methods Eighty PCOS patients in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2017 were selected as observation group. Another 60 cases of sterility patients by tubal factors in the same period were selected as control group. According to the difference level of AMH, the cases in observation group were divided into high AMH group( ≥ 10 ng/m L, n=37) and low AMH group( 10 ng/m L, n=43). AMH and hormone level between the two groups were compared. The relationship between abnormal endocrine-metabolism and AMH of PCOS patients were analyzed. Results The AMH, LH and T in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the content of FSH and E2 between the two groups(P〈0.05). In high AMH group, AMH and T level were significantly higher than low AMH group and BMI was significantly lower than low AMH group(P〈0.05). In high AMH group, FSH and LH level was significantly lower than low AMH group without significant difference(P〈0.05). AMH level was a positive relevance with T in PCOS patients(r=0.624, P〈0.05). AMH level has a negative correlation between BMI(r=-0.511, P〈0.05). Conclusion The increase of AMH potentially related to abnormal endocrine-metabolism in PCOS patients. Elevated AMH levels can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic criteria for PCOS diseases.
