摘 要:将离子液体应用于微波辅助液液微萃取高效液相色谱法测定豆类粮食中的四种三嗪类除草剂,包括草净津、特丁通、西玛通、特丁津,并对提取溶剂的种类和体积、样品溶液的pH值、提取时间、微波功率和离心速度等实验条件进行了优化。四种除草剂在0.1~2μg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,检出限分别为8.06、7.17、8.74、7.74μg·L^(-1),加标回收率范围从88%~106%,相对标准偏差均小于4.0%;该方法可萃取测定三种豆子的四种除草剂。The four triazine herbicides, cyanazine, terbumeton, simetone and terbuthylazine, were determined by the application of ionic liquids in microwave assisted liquid-liquid micro-extraction and high performance liquid chromatography. In the experimental process, the types and volume of the extraction solvent, the pH value of the sample solution, the extraction time, the microwave power and the centrifugal speed were optimized. A good linearity was obtained in four herbicides concentration range of 0.1-2μg·L^-1. The detection limits were 8.06,7.17,8.74,7.74 μg·L^-1 respectively. The recovery of the analytes ranged from 88%-106%, relative standard deviation was less than 4.0%. The proposed method could be used to extract and determine the triazine herbicides in the soybean.
