摘 要:目的探讨经口摄食管理在老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者66例随机分为对照组和干预组各33例,对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施经口摄食干预,包括对患者吞咽的安全性及有效性进行评估、进食性状安全指导、制订食谱、实施经口摄食管理、效果评价。结果干预组误吸发生率低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);患者对护士的服务态度、责任心、生活照顾、健康教育的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经口摄食管理可有效降低老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者发生误吸,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,为老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者经口摄食规范管理提供参考。Objective To explore the effect of oral feeding management in the nursing of elderly stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods Totally,66 patients with cerebral stroke dysphagia were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The intervention group was given oral intervention on the basis of the control group,including evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of swallowing,safety instructions,formulate recipes,implementation of oral ingestion management and evaluation of effects.Results The incidence of aspiration in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group( P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Patient satisfaction with nurses service attitude,responsibility,life care and health education were higher than those of the control group( P〈0.05).Conclusion Through the oral ingestion management can effectively reduce the occurrence of aspiration in elderly patients with dysphagia in stroke,improve patient satisfaction with nursing services,and provide reference for elderly patients with dysphagia for stroke management by oral feeding.
