强直性脊柱炎患者自我感受负担及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的分析生活自理能力障碍的强直性脊柱炎患者的自我感受负担及其影响因素。方法采用生活自理能力量表对强直性脊柱炎患者进行评价,对有自理能力障碍的117例患者进行问卷调查。结果 117例自理能力障碍的强直性脊柱炎患者自我感受负担处于中度和重度水平(39.01±7.53)分。单因素分析结果显示,社会支持与自我感受负担成负相关(r=-0.804),巴氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数与患者自我感受负担成正相关(r=0.630),二元Logistic回归分析结果表明,社会支持、脊柱功能以及家庭人均月收入是影响患者自我感受负担的独立影响因素。结论社会支持、脊柱功能、家庭收入是影响患者负担的主要因素,提示医务人员应该重视患者自我感受负担的水平,以及根据影响因素的特点,针对性地对患者及其家属进行健康教育和心理疏导,以降低其感受负担。Objective To analyze self-perceived burden and its influencing factors in ankylosing spondylitis patients with disability of life self-caring.Methods A total of 117 ankylosing spondylitis patients with disability of life self-caring were investigated by Activity of Daily Living Scale.Results All patients＇ self-perceived burden was at moderate and severe levels（ 39.01± 7.53）. The single factor analysis results showed that the level of self-perceived burden was negative correlation with social supporting（ r =-0.804）,palsy ankylosing spondylitis function index was positively correlated with severe self-perceived burden（ r = 0. 630）. The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that social supporting,Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional and family income were independent influencing factors.Conclusion Social supporting,Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index and family income are the main infucencing factors of self-perceived burden,which suggests that medical staff should pay more attention to patients＇ self-perceived burden and provide more education and psychological counseling for the patients and their families,in order to reduce the level of self-perceived burden.
