沙格列汀联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨沙格列汀联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法方便选择2016年8月—2017年8月该院收治的2型糖尿病患者70例,以随机数表法将其分为研究组与对照组各35例。对照组单纯采取二甲双胍缓释片治疗,研究组在此基础上联合沙格列汀治疗。评价两组治疗前后血糖指标与肾功能指标的变化,并观察药物不良反应情况。结果治疗后研究组空腹血糖(6.80±0.75)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.50±1.52)mmol/L与糖化血红蛋白水平(6.40±0.80)%均低于对照组(7.85±0.56)mmol/L、(9.78±1.65)mmol/L、(7.70±1.05)%(t=3.856,3.785,3.985,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组尿素氮(8.30±1.05)μmol/L、血肌酐(113.52±15.65)μmol/L、尿酸水平(315.65±30.52)mmol/L均低于对照组(11.50±1.25)μmol/L、(144.85±18.65)μmol/L、(365.52±40.85)mmol/L(t=4.526,5.056,6.856,P<0.05)。研究组药物不良反应的发生率为5.71%,与对照组8.57%对比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.025,P>0.05)。结论沙格列汀联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病可以有效改善患者的血糖指标与肾功能,应用效果显著,安全性佳。Objective This paper tries to investigate the efficacy of saxagliptin combined with metformin sustained-release tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017, 70 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital were convenient selected and divided into study group and control group with 35 cases each. The control group received metformin sustained-release tablets alone, and the study group was treated with saxagliptin. Evaluate changes in blood glucose and renal function before and after treatment in both groups, and observe adverse drug reactions.Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose（6.80±0.75） mmol/L, postprandial 2 h blood glucose（8.50±1.52） mmol/L, and glycosylated hemoglobin level（6.40±0.80）% were lower in the study group than in the control group（7.85±0.56） mmol/L,（9.78±1.65） mmol/L,（7.70±1.05）%（t=3.856, 3.785, 3.985, P〈0.05）. After treatment, urea nitrogen（8.30±1.05） μmol/L, serum creatinine（113.52±15.65） μmol/L, and uric acid level（315.65±30.52） mmol/L were lower in the study group than in the control group（11.50 ±1.25） μmol/L,（144.85 ±18.65） μmol/L,（365.52 ±40.85） mmol/L（t =4.526, 5.056, 6.856, P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was 5.71%, which was not statistically different from that in the control group（8.57%）（χ~2=0.025, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Saxagliptin combined with metformin sustained-release tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the patient＇s blood glucose and renal function, application effect is significant and safe.
