摘　　要：目的探讨p63与CD34在LSCC早期诊断中的意义。方法实验组方便选取该院2000年1月—2012年12月收治的喉鳞状细胞癌患者手术所留取的标本72例,选取癌旁组织作为照组1,选取正常喉部组织20例作为对照组2。应用免疫组化S-P法检测p63及CD34在LSCC、癌旁组织与正常喉组织的表达。结果 p63阳性表达在喉癌组织、癌旁组织、正常喉黏膜3组中阳性率分别为83.3%(60/72)、15.3%(11/61)、0.0%(0/20),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=85.31,P<0.01)。CD34-MVD在喉癌组织、癌旁组织、正常喉黏膜3组中分别为(25.60±5.76)、(17.80±4.69)、(9.30±2.20),差异有统计学意义(F=98.19,P<0.01)。结论 p63及CD34在喉癌组织高表达,可以作为喉癌早期诊断的指标之一。p63与CD34-MVD在LSCC表达密切相关。Objective This paper tries to explore the significance of p63 and CD34 in the early diagnosis of LSCC. Methods In the experimental group, 72 specimens from patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma who were treated in the hospital from January 2000 to December 2012 were convenient selected. The adjacent tissue was selected as the control group 1, and 20 normal laryngeal tissues were selected as control group 2. Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of p63 and CD34 in LSCC, adjacent tissues and normal laryngeal tissues. Results The positive rates of p63 expression in laryngeal cancer tissue, paracancerous tissue, and normal laryngeal mucosa were 83.3%（60/72）, 15.3%（11/61）, and 0.0%（0/20）, respectively. The difference was statistically significant（χ~2=85.31, P〈0.01）. The CD34-MVD in the laryngeal cancer tissue, paracancerous tissue, and normal laryngeal mucosa were（25.60 ±5.76）,（17.80 ±4.69）, and（9.30 ±2.20）, respectively, with significant differences（F=98.19, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The high expression of p63 and CD34 in laryngeal carcinoma can be used as one of the indicators of early diagnosis of laryngeal cancer. P63 is closely related to CD34-MVD expression in LSCC.
