经皮椎弓根钉固定系统治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的研究经皮椎弓根钉固定系统治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法方便选择2016年2月—2018年2月间在该院接受经皮椎弓根钉固定手术治疗的56例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,及时性分析患者一般资料,评估患者术前术后疼痛评分、手术各项指标、术后功能障碍恢复表现及Cobb角、椎体塌陷率。结果术后疼痛相较于术前得到较好缓解。术后患者Cobb角、ODI、椎体塌陷率均优于术前(t=11.580、168.923、29.850,P<0.05)。患者手术用时平均为(83.15±3.10)min、术中出血量平均为(35.62±3.10)m L、患者皮肤切口总长度平均为(61.14±4.33)mm、住院用时平均为(4.12±1.0)d、骨折愈合用时平均为(6.7±1.1)个月。结论临床采用经皮椎弓根钉固定系统治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,术后恢复效果乐观。Objective This paper tries to study the efficacy of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods The clinical data about 56 thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture patients of receiving the percutaneous pedicle screw fixation from February 2016 to February 2018 in the hospital was convenient selected and properly analyzed. The pain scores, operation index, postoperative recovery, Cobb angle and collapsed vertebra rate were evaluated. Results Postoperative pain was better than before surgery. The Cobb angle, ODI, and vertebral collapse rate were all better than those before operation（t=11.580, 168.923, 29.850, P〈0.05）. The average time of operation was（83.15±3.10） min, the average amount of intraoperative blood loss was（35.62 ±3.10）m L, the average length of skin incision was（61.14 ±4.33） mm, and the average length of hospitalization was（4.12 ±1.0） d. The average healing time was（6.7 ±1.1）months. Conclusion The use of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation system for the treatment of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures, the effect of postoperative recovery is optimistic.
