摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析患者临床护理中应用降磷饮食单控制高血磷的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年1月—2018年2月该院110例维持性血液透析伴高血磷患者为研究对象,依据护理方法分为实验组(基于降磷饮食单的优质护理,55例)和对照组(常规护理,55例),对比观察两组护理前后血磷值,评价患者生活质量,统计护理满意度。结果实验组干预后血磷(1.82±0.34)mmol/L,生活质量评价量表(83.5±7.7)分,护理满意度94.55%,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=4.31,P<0.05;χ~2=8.54,P<0.05)。结论予以维持性透析患者优质护理,采用限磷饮食单,可有效控制患者血磷水平,提高生活质量,促进护患和谐,值得推广使用。Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of phosphorus lowering diet control on hyperphosphatemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods From January 2015 to February 2018, 110 maintenance hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia in our hospital were convenient selected and studied. According to the nursing methods, the patients were divided into experimental group（quality nursing based on dietary phosphorus reduction, 55 cases） and control group,（conventional care, 55 cases）, compared serum phosphorus levels before and after care in both groups, to assess the quality of life of patients, and the nursing satisfaction was concluded. Results After intervention of experimental group, serum phosphorus（1.82±0.34） mmol/L, quality of life evaluation scale（83.5±7.7） points, and nursing satisfaction level of 94.55%, there was a statistically significant difference compared with the control group（t=4.31, 5.36, P〈0.05; χ~2=8.54, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Maintaining high-quality care for patients undergoing dialysis, using dietary phosphorus diet can effectively control the level of serum phosphorus in patients, improve the quality of life, promote harmony between nurses and patients, it is worth promoting.
