摘　　要：超声技术自应用到心脏疾病诊疗以来经历了快速发展,近年来心脏外科超声技术呈现多种形式共同发展,主要包括经胸超声心动图、经食管超声心动图、超声造影技术等,这几种形式的超声技术各有利弊及适应证,各种形式之间相互融合,取长补短是今后超声技术的发展方向之一。未来的超声技术对心血管外科手术的变革将会起到巨大促进作用,甚至可能会出现新的手术方式,如取代数字减影血管造影技术,出现"零射线"杂交手术室。超声技术的进步可为心血管外科临床工作顺利开展提供保障,也是促进心外科临床技术变革的因素之一。Ultrasound technique has experienced rapid development since its application to heart disease diagnosis and treatment,and many forms of the echocardiography have developed. It mainly includes transthoracic echocardiography,transesophageal echocardiography,and ultrasonic contrast. In the future,the development directions of ultrasonic technology is mutual fusion,which will promote the change of cardiovascular surgery more greatly. New procedures of cardiovascular surgery may even appear,such as ＂ zero ray＂ hybrid operating rooms replacing digital subtraction angiography. The improvement of ultrasonic technology is both a guarantee for the smooth operation of cardiovascular surgery and a promoting factor for the clinical technological changes of cardiac surgery.
