New technique for mining gently inclined and extremely thin ore body and its application

摘  要:缓倾斜极薄矿体是地下开采中典型的难采矿体。针对阿克苏滴水铜矿采用常规的采矿方法开采,存在采矿损失贫化大、开采成本高、安全条件差等问题,结合矿体赋存状况、开采技术条件及生产实际,通过技术经济比较,选择采用房柱式堑沟削壁充填采矿法开采,并对该采矿方法的采场布置形式、采准切割工程和回采工艺过程等进行了优化。采用沿空留巷技术、不留矿石矿柱连续回采、低矮凿岩台车凿岩、定向抛掷爆破、低矮式无轨铲运机出矿和组合支架移柱放顶技术等,提高了采矿回采率,降低了成本,实现了连续回采,确保了回采作业安全。工业应用取得了矿石贫化率5%,采矿损失率3%的较好指标,值得同类型矿山借鉴参考。The gently inclined and extremely thin ore body is a typical hard-to-mine ore body in underground mining.The conventional mining method used in Aksu Dishui Copper Mine has the defects including high mining loss and dilution rate,high mining cost and poor safety conditions.In light of that,the paper compared mining methods technically and economically based on ore body occurrence status,mining technical conditions and production practice before choosing room and pillar and trench resuing filling mining method,and optimized the layout,preparation cutting and stoping process of the method.The technology of roadway retained for next sublevel,continuous stoping without leaving ores and pillars,short drill jumbo drilling,targeted throwing blasting,short trackless scooptram ore drawing and combined support pillar removal and caving are adopted,increasing extraction rate,lowering cost,realizing continuous stoping and ensuring operation safety.Industrial application achieved good index:ore dilution rate is 5 % and mining loss rate is 3 %.The research can be used as reference by similar mines.
