摘  要:基于相控阵天线的需求,设计并实现了一种C波段相控阵阵元天线。该阵元天线采用一种新型结构:4个单元天线通过两级合路器无源合成输出,同时在两级合路器中间插入高通滤波器以增强阵元天线的带外抑制性能。仿真与测试数据表明,该天线在22%频带宽度内时,驻波比小于1.5,增益高于10d B,副瓣比主瓣低12d B以上,适合用作大型相控阵天线的阵元天线。Anovel C waveband phased-array antenna element is designed and implemented based on needs. A new structure is applied: 4 cell antennas are combined through two-stage passive combin- ers, between which a high pass filter is added to enhance out-of-band rejection capability. Simula- tion and test data show that the SWR is less than 1.5 within 22% of the bandwidth, the gain of the antenna element is more than 10dB, and the side-lobe is 12 dB lower than the main lobe in the di- rectivitydiagram of E plane. This antenna element is suitable for application of C widebandphased-ar- ray antennas.
