摘  要:现有的可见光通信系统采用传统检光二极管,其低灵敏度以及跨导带来的热噪声限制了可见光通信系统的传输距离。为了提高可见光通信的传输距离,基于单光子雪崩二极管作为接收端具有高灵敏性的特点,提出基于单光子检测的弱光通信。首先建立基于单光子检测的暗室弱光系统模型,通过对OOK系统误码率的理论和仿真分析验证了利用单光子检测可以提高可见光通信系统的传输距离,最后将单光子检测与SSK调制技术结合,通过仿真验证了基于单光子检测的SSK调制的可行性。The conventional visible light communication system uses a traditional photodiode, whose low sensitivity and thermal noise caused by trans-impedance limit the transmission distance of the visi- ble light communication. In order to improve the transmission distance of visible light communication, we presentdarkroom weak optical communication based on Single photon detection,which is based on the fact that Single-photon avalanche-based diodes have a high sensitivity as a receiver. Firstly,a dark- room with weak illumination based on Single photo detection is established. The theory and simulation analysis of BEll in OOK system show that single photo can improve the transmission distance of visible light communication system. Finally we combine Single photon detection and SSK modulation,and the teasibility of SSK modulation based on single photon detection is verified by simulation.
