摘　　要：P120连环蛋白(p120ctn)属于犰狳重复结构域蛋白亚家族的原型成员,与内皮钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)胞质域结合,促进内皮细胞间黏附连接的完整性,是内皮细胞和其他极化贴壁细胞黏附连接必不可少的组成部分。此外,p120ctn还在胚胎发育、细胞增殖与极性、肿瘤细胞迁移和恶性肿瘤进展中起着重要的作用。近年来,研究认为p120ctn可能是一种内源性抗炎介质,在细胞先天免疫和感染相关的炎症反应中扮演重要作用,但相关机制仍不清楚。本文就p120ctn与免疫炎症反应的相关研究作一综述。P120 catenin（ p120 ctn） are prototype members of the armadillo repeat domain proteins,and binding with endothelial cadherin（ E-cadherin） cytoplasmic domain,promote the integrity of the adhesion of endothelial cells. It is an essential component of intercellular adhesion of endothelial cells and other polarized adherent cells. In addition,p120 ctn plays an important role in embryonic development,cell proliferation and polarity,tumor cell migration and progression of malignant tumors. In recent years,studies have shown that p120 ctn may be an endogenous anti-inflammatory mediator and play an important role in cellular innate immunity and infection related inflammatory responses,but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This paper reviews the related research of p120 ctn and immune inflammatory reaction.
