摘　　要：由于医学职业的特殊要求,临床实习是医学生必须经历的关键过程,是学校理论学习阶段的结束与正式工作之前的一座桥梁。然而随着社会发展,本科教育已经不能满足医学行业飞速发展的需要,加之高校扩招后就业形势严峻,本科学历已满足不了各大医院对人才的需求,且医学行业也要求医学生有更高的专业知识和更扎实的临床技能,因此越来越多的医学生选择深造,而考研渐渐成为必然选择。对于如何平衡实习与考研,该文就考研对医学生临床实习的影响及如何进行有效的考研复习作一些探讨。The clinical practice is a key course that the clinical medical students must experience due to the specific requirements of medical occupation, and it is a bridge between the ending of the theoretical learning in school and beginning of the formal work. However, with the social development, the undergraduate development has failed to meet the demand of rapid development of medical industry, and the severe employment situation after the expansion f colleges, the undergraduate level has failed to meet the demand of various big hospitals to the talents, and the medical industry also requires the medical students to be equipped with the higher professional knowledge and more solid clinical skill, therefore, more and more medical students select to be further educated, then the entrance examination for the postgraduates has become the inevitable choice. For how to balance the practice and taking part in the postgraduate examination, the paper makes some discussions in terms of the effect of taking part in the postgraduate examination on the clinical practice of medical students and how to conduct the effective review of entrance examination for postgraduates.
