摘 要:目的探讨辅酶Ⅰ治疗病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患儿的临床效果。方法选择2015年8月至2017年4月我院收治的心肌炎患儿80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患儿进行常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上给予注射用辅酶Ⅰ治疗。比较两组患儿的心肌酶水平、心功能、治疗总有效率。结果治疗后24 h,观察组患儿的肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳腺脱氢酶(LDH)水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的射血分数(EF)、每搏量(SV)、心排出量(CO)水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率(95.0%)显著高于对照组(82.5%),临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注射用辅酶Ⅰ治疗心肌炎患儿疗效确切,有利于改善患儿心肌酶水平,增强心功能,提高临床治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of coenzyme Ⅰ in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis (VMC). Methods 80 children with myocarditis admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated routinely, and the children in the observation group were given coenzyme Ⅰ for injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The myocardial enzyme levels, cardiac function, and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 24 hours' treatment, the levels of creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) and mammary dehydrogenase (LDH) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The ejection fraction (EF), stroke volume (SV), and cardiac output (CO) levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). After 7 days' treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (95.0%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.5%). The clinical efficacy was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Coenzyme Ⅰ for injection is effective in the treatment of children with myocarditis, which is beneficial to improve myocardial enzyme level, enhance cardiac function and improve clinical treatment effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
