枳实导滞汤联合中药贴敷治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨枳实导泻汤联合中药贴敷治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2015年5月至2017年5月在我院诊治的肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿150例,随机分为A、B、C组,每组50例。A组患儿采用双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,B组患儿采用枳实导泻汤治疗,C组患儿采用枳实导泻汤联合腹痛散外敷神阙穴治疗,疗程5 d。比较三组患儿的症状体征改善情况、淋巴结的消散情况及临床治疗效果。结果治疗5 d,C组患儿腹痛改善情况显著优于A、B两组,治疗后1个月,C组患儿的腹痛复发率显著低于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,C组患儿呕吐、大便干结、食欲不振、舌苔厚腻消失的时间均显著短于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后第8周,C组患儿淋巴结消散情况显著优于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2个月,C组患儿的治疗总有效率(98.0%)显著高于A、B两组(分别为84.0%、86.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枳实导泻汤联合中药敷贴治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿,可显著改善腹痛症状、降低腹痛复发率,显著缩短呕吐、大便干结、食欲不振、舌苔厚腻持续时间,促进肠系膜淋巴结消散,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhishi Daozhi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with mesenterie lymphadenitis. Methods 150 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017. They were randomly divided into groups A, B, and C, with 50 cases in each group. Group A children were treated with Bifidobacterium triple live enteric capsules. Group B was treated with Zhishi Xiexie Decoction. Group C children were treated with Zhishi Daozhi Decoction combined with abdominal pain and external application of Shenque Point for 5 days. The improvement of symptoms and signs, the dissipation of lymph nodes and the clinical treatment effect of the three groups were compared. Results After 5 days of treatment, the improvement of abdominal pain in group C was significantly better than that in group A and B. After one month after treatment, the recurrence rate of abdominal pain in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and B. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the time of vomiting, dry stool, loss of appetite, thick and greasy tongue coating in group C was significantly shorter than that in group A and B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. At 8 weeks after treatment, the lymph node dissipation in group C was significantly better than that in group A and B, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Two months after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in group C （98.0%） was significantly higher than that in group A and B （84.0% ,86.0%, respectively）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating children with mesenteric lymphadenitis with Zhishi Xiexie Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine paste can significantly improve the symptoms of abdominal pain, reduce the recurrence rate of abdominal pain, significantly shorten the vomiting, dry stool, loss of appet
