生物反馈联合盆底肌训练对女性子宫全切除术后性功能障碍的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨生物反馈联合盆底肌训练对女性子宫全切除术后性功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选择经女性性功能指数评估(female sexual function index,FSFI)问卷调查初步诊断为女性性功能障碍的子宫全切术后患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,治疗组应用神经肌肉刺激治疗仪U4(U4盆底治疗仪),对照组采用Kegel运动配合腹式呼吸治疗。对两组盆底肌张力强度和性生活质量进行评估。结果两组盆底肌张力强度和性生活质量的治疗效果比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈联合盆底肌训练疗效确切,具有明确的促进损伤肌肉及神经细胞恢复、改善阴道收缩等功能,从而提高性生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect on biofeedback combined with the pelvic floor muscle training on sexual dysfunction after total hysterectomy in women. Methods A total of 60 patients who were primarily diagnosed sexual dysfunction after total hysterectomy in women were collected. The diagnosis of female sexual dysfunction was based on the Female Sexual Function Index （FSFI） questionnaire. All were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=30）. The treatment group were treated with neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic instrument（U4）, then the control group were treated with Kegel exercise and abdominal respiratory therapy. Two groups of pelvic floor muscle tension strength and sexual quality were evaluated. Results It was concluded that the curative effect of the pelvic floor muscle tension and sexual quality in the treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion The curative effect of biofeedback in combination with the pelvic floor muscle training is very obvious and it has improved the quality of life. It is worth popularizing and being applied to the clini-cal practice since it can accelerate the recovery of the damaging muscles and nerve cells, what more, it can improve the contraction ability of the vagina.
