摘  要:针对GJ-6型轨道检测系统开启后激光器即进入长时间点亮的单一工作模式,提出了适用于激光摄像同步触发系统做等频脉宽变换及同步协调控制,实现激光频闪最亮发光状态与高速相机等距离空间同步,从而采集钢轨图像的设计方案。因触发时序控制和电信号有效识别是设计方案的关键,因此先进微处理器控制设计和光耦隔离电路、反相整形电路、增益放大电路等硬件电路设计成为系统的关键技术。经试验室与现场试验分析,本设计方案下的激光器与相机同步触发稳定。在120km·h^(-1)速度等级下,与长亮工作模式相比激光器的能耗降低了约94%,延长了激光器的工作寿命,避免了非工作时段外射激光的安全隐患,提高了轨道检测系统的可靠性和安全性。In view of the opening of the GJ-6 track inspection system,the laser enters into a single working mode for a long time,a method for laser camera synchronization trigger for GJ-6 track inspection system is proposed.Equal frequency pulse width transform and synchronization control are designed to acquire rail image effectively with space synchronization.The trigger timing control and signal recognition are the keys to the method.The logic control based on ARM and the design of optocoupler isolation circuit,shaping circuit,gain amplifying circuit are the key technologies.The constancy of the laser camera space synchronization trigger is good by test and on-site verification.Compared to the laser works all the time,the laser energy consumption is reduced by about 94% at the speed of 120 km·h-(-1),which prolongs the working life of laser and avoids the hidden danger of laser emission during non-working hours.The reliability and safety of track inspection system are improved.
