摘 要:为研究高吸水树脂掺量对处于振捣、抹面、立模三个阶段的道路水泥混凝土工作特性的影响,文章分别以出浆用时、表面粗糙度和塌边高度为指标,对道路水泥混凝土的出浆特性、抹面特性和立模特性进行试验分析。研究结果表明:随着高吸水掺量的增加,道路水泥混凝土的出浆特性与立模特性先降低后提高;抹面特性先提高后降低;当高吸水树脂掺量为水泥质量的4‰时,不仅有利于混凝土抹面特性和立模特性的提高,同时对出浆特性的影响也最小,4‰是最佳高吸水树脂掺量。In order to study the influence of superabsorbent resin content on the working characteristics of road cement concrete at three stages of vibrating,plastering,and forming,and with the time of pulp production,surface roughness and collapse height as indicators,this article conducted the experimental analysis on the pulping characteristics,plastering characteristics and forming properties of road cement concrete. The research results showed that,with the increase of superabsorbent content,the pulping characteristics and forming properties of road cement concrete decrease first and then increase; the plastering characteristics increase first and then decrease; when the superabsorbent resin content is 4‰ of cement quality,it is not only beneficial to the improvement of pulping characteristics and forming properties of the concrete,but it also has the least influence on the pulping characteristics,thus 4‰ is the best superabsorbent resin content.
