摘  要:文章介绍了对填隙碎石混合料采用三档集料进行掺配的设计方案,阐述了改进的填隙碎石混合料机械拌合、摊铺、碾压的工艺要求,并对改进的填隙碎石基层固体体积率进行测试与评价。结果表明:在改进的填隙碎石混合料中,粗集料起到多级嵌挤咬锁稳定作用,细集料起到填充密实的作用;采用开发的虹吸筒法检测评价填隙碎石层的密实度,其固体体积率为85%~90%;旧路加铺填隙碎石层提高了路面的承载力,其弯沉值代表值为30~40(0.01 mm)。This article introduced the design scheme for the use of third-grade aggregates for drybound gravel mixtures,described the process requirements for mechanical mixing,paving,and compaction of improved dry-bound gravel mixtures,and tested and evaluated the solid volumetric rate of improved dry-bound gravel base.The results showed that: in the improved dry-bound gravel mixture,the coarse aggregate plays the multi-stage intrusion,bite-locking and stabilizing roles,and the fine aggregate plays a role of filling and compaction; the developed siphon cylinder method was used to detect and evaluate the compactness of dry-bound gravel layer,its solid volume rate is 85%-90%; the old road overlay dry-bound gravel layer improves the bearing capacity of road surface,and its representative deflection value is 30-40(0. 01 mm).
