平肝宣肺法治疗肉芽肿性多血管炎1例

摘　　要：肉芽肿性多血管炎是抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性小血管炎的一种,临床较为罕见,复杂难治。中医文献相关论述很少。在刘维教授的指导下,注重调和脏腑气血,采用平肝宣肺法,于门诊治疗肉芽肿性多血管炎患者1例,取得了满意的临床效果,也为本病的中医治疗,积累了宝贵的经验。Granulomatosis with polyangiitis （GPA） is a type of ANCA-associated vasculitis. It is rare in clinical practice and belongs to a difficult and complicated disease. It is rarely discussed in Chinese literature of traditional Chinese medicine. In the guidance of Professor LIU Wei, this article places emphasis on regulating qi and blood of zang-fu organs. Method of Pinggan Xuanfei （calming the liver and pro rooting the dispersing function of the lung） is applied on this outpatient with granulomatosis with polyangiitis, which achieved satisfactory clinical results. By treating this patient, it was also accumulate a valuable experience on treating this disease by the method of traditionul Chinese medicine.
