摘 要:电力IMS业务故障受网络复杂性及电力业务特殊性的制约,故障诊断的难度较大,实时性较差,传统的人工诊断方法已无法满足实际需求。论文提出了针对IMS业务特点的故障树构建方法,实现了一种基于故障树知识库的故障诊断专家系统,给出了故障诊断流程,可结合故障处理知识库,给出具体的故障处理措施和建议。算例分析及实际运行情况表明,该方法能准确有效地定位故障,缩短运维人员故障处理的时间,提升了通信运维管理水平,确保重要电力业务安全稳定运行。The fault of power IMS service is limited by the complexity of the network and the particularity of the power business,so the fault diagnosis is difficult and the real-time performance is poor. The traditional manual diagnosis in the past has been unable to meet the demand. In this paper the construction method of fault tree is put forward based on the characteristics of IMS service,and a fault diagnosis expert system of fault tree based on knowledge base is given. The process of fault diagnosis and treatment is obtained,and the current fault will be given specific suggestion combining with the fault knowledge base. The simulation results and the practical application results show that the method can locate the fault accurately and effectively,short the time of operation and maintenance personnel fault treatment,improve the level of communication operation and maintenance,and ensure the safe and stable operation of important power business.
