摘 要:目的分析和掌握天津市某芯片制造企业职业人群的健康状况,为今后芯片制造行业职业人群的职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集该企业2015—2017年的作业场所职业危害因素检测结果和职工体检资料,选取该企业接触职业危害因素且体检资料完整者作为接触组,未接触职业危害因素的人员作为对照组,采用t检验或卡方检验分析两组人群不同体检指标的差异。结果该企业作业场所化学毒物浓度较低,均符合国家职业卫生限值要求。2015—2017年度筛查出重点监护对象43名,主要为IMP离子注入、Wet EE清洗、Litho EE黄光区、污水处理、气体供应等岗位人员。职业禁忌症1名,为化学实验员。与对照组比较,接触组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数和血小板计数及ALT、T-BIL和AST等指标的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示该企业作业场所职业危害因素可能对作业人员血液系统及肝功能有一定的影响。结论尽管该芯片制造企业作业人员接触职业病危害因素满足国家职业接触限值要求,但长期接触可能对血液系统及肝脏造成一定的危害,应加强作业场所危害因素的控制,密切关注该职业人群的健康变化情况。Objective To master the health status of occupational population in a chip manufacturing enterprise in Tianjin, and provide reference for future occupational health monitoring and screening of key guardianship. Methods The chemical toxicant testing results and employee physical examination data from 2015 to 2017 were collected and analyzed using occupational epidemiology. Exposed to occupational hazards and having complete physical examination data were selected as contact group, and people who were not exposed to these occupational hazards were selected as a control group. Chi square test (for categorical variables)and t test (for continuous variables and the duration of employment showed a normal distribution) were used to compare the difference between the two groups. Results The concentration of chemical poisons in the workplace of the company is relatively low and meet the requirements of national occupational health limit. In 2015 -2017, 43 key surveillance subjects were screened out, mainly for IMP ion implantation, Wet EE cleaning, Litho EE yellow light, sewage treatment, and gas supply. Furthermore, there was an occupational contraindication who was a chemical laboratory. Compared with the control group, the difference in leukocyte count, neutrophil count, platelet count, ALT, T-BIL and AST were statistically significant in the contact group( P 〈 0.05 ). It is suggested that the occupational hazards of the company's workplace may have a certain influence on the blood system and liver function of workers. Conclusion Although the occupational hazards in this chip manufacturing enterprise meet the requirements of the national occupational exposure limit, longterm exposure may cause certain harm to the blood system and the liver, and the health care of the occupational population should be strengthened.
