摘  要:竞争受害者心理是指在群际冲突中群体双方都认为自身才是最大的、真正的受害者。在医患冲突情境中,医患双方努力建构自身成为真正受害者的心态得以彰显,双方聚焦各自受到的不同伤害内容、体验和事件,致力于建构最大受害者的身份。医生和患者各自建构起来的最大受害者身份具有一定的心理动因和社会功能。对患者而言,弱者心态可以博得他人同情、争取补偿等;对医生而言,受害者身份可以规避或减轻其责任、维护职业自尊等。医患双方的竞争受害者心理阻碍了医患冲突的和解。降低双方的受害者竞争水平需要加强医生和患者在生命意识层面上的群体认同,增加彼此之间更频繁、更深入、更积极的群际接触。A group’ s motivation and consequent efforts to establish that it has suffered more than its adversaries are called inter-group competitive victimhood,ICV. In doctor-patient conflicts,doctors group and patients group may respectively compete over different dimensions of victimhood and key traumatic events,try their best to claim that they suffered more than the other group. There were various psychological bases and motivations behind ICV,and the existence of ICV serves various functions. For the patients group,they would obtain more economic compensation and social supports by aid of ICV,how ever,in term of doctors group,w eaken responsibilities of conflicts and maintain occupation dignity. ICV impedes the reconciliation of doctor-patient conflict. Direct and indirect doctor-patientgroup contact,and construct both common victim identity w ould low er the level of ICV.
