摘 要:为明确诱导产雌孤雌生殖的Wolbachia(PI-Wolbachia)是否影响松毛虫赤眼蜂(Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura)的交配行为及生物学特性,以产雌孤雌品系和两性品系的雌蜂为试虫,对二者的雄蜂吸引力、交配行为、寄生能力、后代羽化率等进行比较。结果表明:产雌孤雌品系的对雄蜂吸引力显著小于两性品系的雌蜂,而且与雄蜂无交配行为(两性品系的雄蜂根本不选择产雌孤雌品系的雌蜂作为交配对象;两性品系的雄蜂有交配企图,但是产雌孤雌品系的雌蜂会躲避雄蜂);产雌孤雌品系后代羽化率和雌蜂率分别为(95.60±0.71)%和100%,显著高于两性品系的(80.22±1.89)%和(86.46±1.68)%;产雌孤雌品系雌蜂的全发育历期显著比两性品系长约1d;产雌孤雌品系雌蜂的产卵器插入频率为每小时(15.80±0.66)次,显著低于两性品系的每小时(23.73±1.74)次;产雌孤雌品系雌蜂的寄生率和寿命分别为(22.90±1.33)%和(10.05±0.72)d,两性品系为(25.47±1.2)%和(9.86±0.74)d,两品系间无显著差异。研究表明,产雌孤雌品系和两性品系的松毛虫赤眼蜂可能存在行为上的生殖隔离;PI-Wolbachia既能够对松毛虫赤眼蜂造成正面影响(降低产卵器插入频率;提高后代羽化率),也能够造成负面影响(延长全发育历期),但从整体影响考虑,产雌孤雌品系可能具有更好的生防潜力。In order to identify wh ether Wolbachia inducing parthenogenesis(PI-Wolbachia) affects the mating behavior and biological characteristics in Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura, attractiveness toward male wasps, mating behavior and some biological characteristics like parasitic ability, emergence rate of the parasitoid progeny of a thelytokous strain and a sexual strain were studied and then compared. The results indicated that the attractiveness of thelytokous strain toward male wasps was significantly less than sexual strain and there was no copulation between thelytokous strain and male wasps. The latter shows two situations: the male wasps from sexual strain didn’t choose the thelytokous females as the mates, or the males did have attempts at mating but thelytokous females kept themselves away from the males. The emergence and female rate were(95.60 ±0.71)% and100% for thelytokous strain, which were significantly higher than the(80.22 ±1.89)% and(86.46 ±1.68)% of sexual strain’s.Thelytokous females significantly developed one day longer than sexual females on overall development duration. The frequency of ovipositor insertion was(15.80±0.66) times per hour for thelytokous females, which was significantly less than the(23.73 ±1.74) of sexual females’. As far as the parasitic ability and longevity concerned, the thelytokous females were(22.90 ±1.33)% and(10.05±0.72)d, while the sexual females were(25.47 ±1.2)% and(9.86±0.74)d, and there were no significant differences between two strains. Our study showed the possibility of behavioral reproductive isolation between thelytokous and sexual strain of Trichogramma. PI-Wolbachia could affect T. dendrolimi positively(decreased the frequency of ovipositor insertion and increased emergence rate of parasitoid progeny) or negatively(elongated the overall development duration). However, the potential of thelytokous strain as biocontrol agent might be better than sexual strain when all effects in this study are
