摘  要:基于滚动轴承动力学理论建立了三点接触球轴承动力学微分方程组,采用预估-校正GSTIFF(Gear Stiff)变步长积分算法求解其动力学微分方程,分析了内外圈沟曲率半径、内外圈沟底直径、钢球直径以及内外圈挡边直径的尺寸偏差对三点接触球轴承接触角的影响。结果表明:当内、外圈沟曲率半径在上偏差时,接触角较小;当内圈沟底直径在上偏差时,接触角较小,当外圈沟底直径在上偏差时,接触角较大;当钢球直径在上偏差时,接触角较小;内、外圈挡边直径偏差对实际接触角影响均较小,但挡边直径偏差会影响极限接触角。The dynamic differential equations for three point contact ball bearings are established based on dynamic theory of rolling bearings,and the predict-correct Gear Stiff( GSTIFF) integral algorithm with variable step is applied to solve the equations. The influences of dimension deviation of basic dimension of inner and outer ring raceway curvature radius,inner and outer ring raceway bottom diameter,steel ball diameter and inner and outer ring rib diameter on contact angle of three point contact ball bearings are analyzed. The results show that the contact angle is smaller when the inner and outer ring raceway curvature radius,inner ring raceway bottom diameter and steel ball diameter are deviated upwards. The contact angle is larger when the outer ring raceway bottom diameter is deviated upwards. The actual contact angle is lightly influenced by inner and outer ring rib diameter deviation,but the limiting contact angle is influenced by rib diameter deviation.
