摘 要:以精密交叉圆柱滚子轴承内滚道的磨加工为研究对象,分别介绍了手动直杆修整、液压直杆修整、数控插补修整和金刚石滚轮修整4种不同的砂轮修整工艺方法,通过举例对比分析了不同砂轮修整方法对轴承内滚道加工精度、加工效率的影响,从而针对不同的生产方式和工艺要求,提出了相应的砂轮修整方法,以达到生产效率与加工精度的统一。The grinding processing of inner raceway of precision crossed cylindrical roller bearings is taken as research object,four methods for dressing of grinding wheel are introduced,such as manual operation straight bar dressing,hydraulic straight bar dressing,numerical control interpolation dressing and diamond roller dressing. The effects of different dressing methods for grinding wheel on processing precision and processing efficiency of inner raceway of the bearings are investigated comparatively by examples. In order to achieve unity of production efficiency and processing precision,the corresponding dressing methods are proposed according to different production modes and process requirements.
