摘 要:[目的]研究不同打叶框栏形状对叶片结构的影响,为打叶复烤工艺技术提供参考。[方法]以福建三明烟叶为载体,研究不同打叶框栏形状对叶片结构的影响。[结果]不同形状的打叶框栏对叶片结构影响特别明显,采用六边形框栏替代菱形框栏,大片率降低13%,中片率提高12%,叶含梗下降0.5%。叶片结构均匀性提高,变异系数小于5%。[结论]一级、二级打叶使用六边形框栏比使用菱形框栏打后叶片结构更加合理,更加满足卷烟工业的需要。[Objective] The aim was to investigate different shapes of frame basket on strip size distribution to provide a reference for threshing and redrying technology. [Method]The effects of different shapes of frame basket on strip size distribution were studied by using tobacco leaves in Sanming,Fujian Province as experimental carriers. [Result]Different shapes of frame basket on strip size distribution were particularly evident; using rhombic frame basket instead of hexagon frame basket,the percentage of large-sized strips decreased by 13 percentage points,that of medium-sized strips increased by 12 percentage points,while the percentage of stem content in lamina decreased by 0.5 percentage points;the homogeneity of strip size distribution increased while the variation coefficient was less than 5 percentage points. [Conclusion]The use of rhombic frame basket on the first stage thresher and the second stage thresher is more reasonable than the use of hexagon frame basket,and more to meet the needs of the tobacco industry.
