云南省农村电子商务生态系统的构建

摘　　要：随着电子商务的推进和发展,云南农村电子商务已具有电子商务生态系统的利益相关者和生态因子,基本形成了农村电子商务生态系统。但进一步调查发现,云南农村电子商务生态系统还存在很多问题,主要表现在发展过程中外部环境有待改善,内部"物种"成员结构不尽合理,协调机制不够健全,电子商务增值功能尚未充分发挥,农村电子商务生态系统的演化障碍重重。为了更好地促进云南农村电子商务的发展,从搭建公共服务平台、扩展基础服务、提供生态支持、营造良好外部环境等方面重构了云南农村电子商务生态系统。With the advancement and development of e-commerce,Yunnan rural e-commerce has the stakeholders and ecological factors of ecommerce ecosystem already,and has formed the rural e-commerce ecosystem basically. However,further investigation shows that there are still many problems in Yunnan rural e-commerce ecosystem,mainly in the development process of improve the external environment in rural e-commerce ecosystem in Yunnan Province.Internal‘species＇ members of the structure is not reasonable,coordination mechanism is not perfect,ecommerce value-added function has not been fully developed,there are many obstacles in the evolution of rural e-commerce ecosystem. In order to promote the development of e-commerce in rural areas of Yunnan,this paper reconstructed the e-commerce ecosystem in rural areas of Yunnan from the aspects of public service platform,extending basic services,providing ecological support and creating a favorable external environment.
