村民“乡痛”视角下凉山彝族自治州旅游扶贫目标分析

摘　　要：基于澳大利亚环境哲学家Glenn Albrecht教授提出的"乡痛"(Solastalgia)视角,首次提出了村民乡痛指数和旅游慰藉指数,从村民生产乡痛、村民生活乡痛和村民生态乡痛3个方面来表征村民的乡痛指数,从旅游生产慰藉、旅游生活慰藉和旅游生态慰藉来表征旅游的慰藉指数,并明确了旅游扶贫的终极目标就是减缓村民的乡痛指数。当旅游扶贫减轻、缓解了村民的乡痛指数,即村民的乡痛指数降低了,甚至达到舒适的状态,就可以说旅游扶贫的目标实现了。旅游慰藉指数和村民乡痛指数可以为确定旅游扶贫目标以及评估旅游扶贫绩效提供理论支持和实践指导。Based on the＂solastalgia＂concept proposed by professor Glenn Albrecht which a Australia＇s environment philosopher,this paper first puts forward the villager solastalgia index and tourism solace index,secondly,characterizes the villager solastalgia index with production solastalgia,village life solastalgia and the ecological solastalgia,while tourism solace index including the tourist production solace,solace of life and ecological solace,and third,the ultimate goal is to slow the villager solastalgia by tourism poverty alleviation. When tourism poverty alleviation alleviates,that is,the villager solastalgia index decreases and even reaches a comfortable state,it can be said that the goal of tourism poverty alleviation has been achieved. Tourism solac index and villager solastalgia index can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the determination of tourism poverty alleviation targets and the evaluation of tourism poverty alleviation performance.
