摘　　要：从中医角度来讲,经筋作为膝关节稳定平衡及活动的基础,在膝骨性关节炎的治疗中具有十分重要的作用。基于经筋理论,分析膝关节的生理、病理、诊断以及治疗膝骨性关节炎都具有重要的意义。From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,meridian sinew,as the basis for stabilizing balance and activity of knee joint,plays a very important role in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Based on the meridian theory,it is of great significance to analyze the physiology and pathology of joints in diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
