摘　　要：随着网络科技的迅速发展,现代教育理念和方式不断地更新,慕课作为一种新型的在线教育模式,在提高教育质量,转变教育理念和方法以及促进教育体制改革等方面发挥了重要的作用.本文是在 “互联网＋” 的理念指导下进行中医食疗药膳学在线开放课程建设研究,借助在线教育综合平台,实现中医食疗药膳学在听课、分享、讨论、作业、考试、评价等环节的完整的教学模式.通过改进和构建新的中医食疗学慕课模式,并且在教学应用中不断改进,建设适于自主学习的信息网络和关联框架,为将来更多的高校广泛应用,资源共享进行了有意义的探索.with the rapid development of network technology, modern education concept and means constantly updated, longed for class as a new mode of online education, to improve the quality of education, change education ideas and methods, and promote the reform of education system has played an important role. This article is under the guidance of the concept of ＂Internet ＋＂ Chinese dietotherapy medicinal food research online open course construction, with the help of online education platform, to realize Chinese dietotherapy medicinal food study in class, to share, discuss, homework, test, evaluation of the complete teaching mode. By improving and build a new diet learn lesson for the mode of traditional Chinese medicine, and continuous improvement in the teaching application, construction for information network and the associated framework of autonomous learning, more and more widely used in colleges and universities, for the future resource sharing meaningful exploration.
