精子顶体酶活性与精液有关参数的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨精子顶体酶活性与精液有关参数间的关系。方法 :选取男性不育症患者80例收集精液,检测精液各项参数及精子顶体酶活性,按照精子顶体酶活性分为正常组(n=45)和异常组(n=35);分析两组精液相关参数的差异及顶体酶活性与精液相关参数的相关性。结果 :不同顶体酶活性患者在精子密度、精子活动率、a+b级精子、c级精子、d级精子及精子正常形态间存在显著差异(P<0.05),不同顶体酶活性患者在年龄、禁欲时间、精液量、液化时间及锌含量方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);精子顶端酶活性与精子密度、精子活动率、a+b级精子所占比例、精子正常形态所占比例呈正比,与c级精子所占比例呈反比。结论 :精子顶体酶活性与精子质量相关的多项指标存在相关性,可作为评估精子质量的指标。Objective： To explore the correlation between the activity and the quality of sperm acrosin. Methods： Semen from eighty patients with male infertility were selected and the parameters of semen and sperm acrosin activity were detected. All the patients were divided into a normal group（n=45） and an abnormal group（n=45） based on their sperm acrosin activity. The correlation between the activity and the parameters of sperm acrosin in the two groups were analyzed. Results： There were significant differences in sperm density, sperm motility, a＋b level sperm, c level sperm, d level sperm and normal sperm forms in patients with different sperm acrosin activity（P〈0.05）. No significant differences in age, abstinence time, seminal fluid quantity and zinc content were found in patients with different sperm acrosin activity（P〈0.05）. Sperm acrosin activity was proportional to sperm density, sperm motility, the proportion of a＋b level sperm and normal sperm forms, but was in reverse proportion to the proportion of c level sperm. Conclusion： There exists correlation between sperm acrosin activity and multiple indicators related to sperm quality, so sperm acrosin activity can be used as an indicator to assess sperm quality.
