摘　　要：目的 :糖尿病自我管理教育是糖尿病综合治疗的重要部分,本研究探索应用"在线视频微课堂"方式对社区中老年糖尿病管理的效果。方法:随机选取100例2型糖尿病患者,年龄50~80岁,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。按照临床规范进行糖尿病治疗的同时,试验组采取"在线视频微课堂"进行糖尿病教育,对照组应用诊间教育。研究起始和6个月后比较各组糖、脂代谢指标,研究结束后对两组糖尿病知识、问题处理能力进行评估。结果 :试验组空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白下降幅度、对糖尿病知识的掌握和解决问题的能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :"在线视频微课堂"是一种有效的糖尿病教育方式,有助于血糖控制及糖尿病知识和解决问题能力的提高。Objective： Diabetes self-management education is an important part of comprehensive treatment for diabetes. Our study aims to clarify the effect of online video micro-class on diabetes control in middle-aged and old patients with Type 2 diabetes in community. Methods： One hundred patients aged 50~80 years were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 50 cases each. Besides regular treatment, diabetes education by a series of instructed video microclass was carried out in the experimental group. The levels of fasting plasma glucose（FPG）, HbA1c, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL were determined at the beginning of the study and 6 month after the treatment and the results were compared between the two groups. Questionnaires about diabetes knowledge and problem-solving ability were assessed on the end of the study. Results： The decline of FPG and HbA1c levels, the grasp of diabetes knowledge and problem-solving ability were much better in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Diabetes education conducted by online video microclass is an effective way of diabetes education and of benefit to the control of blood glucose and the improvement of diabetes knowledge and problem-solving ability.
