摘　　要：目的 :研究一种含多种中草药成分皮肤抑菌剂的抑菌性能及其毒理学安全性。方法 :采用抑菌试验、稳定性试验和动物毒理学试验方法,对该皮肤抑菌剂的抑菌性能及其毒性进行实验室研究。结果 :该皮肤抑菌剂对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色假丝酵母的抑菌圈直径均大于7 mm,抑菌效果显著;于37℃、相对湿度为75%的条件下放置3个月后,抑菌性能与存放前基本一致;皮肤刺激指数和眼刺激指数均为0,刺激反应强度均为无刺激性;阴道黏膜刺激指数为0.89,刺激反应强度为无刺激性。结论:该皮肤抑菌剂对细菌和真菌均具有良好的抑菌性能,效果稳定,对人体安全、无刺激性。Objective： To study the antibacterial efficacy and toxicological safety of a skin antibacterial agent composed with a variety of Chinese herbal medicines. Methods： Bacteriostatic test, stability test and animal toxicology test were performed to observe its antibacterial activity and toxicity. Results： The inhibitory zone for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans were larger than 7 mm in diameter, which means its antibacterial effect is significant. The antibacterial activity test showed no significant change when it was stored for 3 months at 37 ℃ and 75% relative humidity. The irritation indexes for skin and eye were zero while the irritation index for vaginal mucosa was 0.89, which means without irritation. Conclusion： The antibacterial agent possesses a good antibacterial effect on some bacteria and fungi, with good safety to human body and stable effectiveness and without irritation.
