摘　　要：庙沟铁矿露天转地下开采工程采用全面质量管理(TQC)的方法,从各单位质量管理、全过程质量管理和全员质量管理三个方面介绍了全面质量管理在工程管理中的具体应用。The idea of total quality control is adopted for Miaogou iron ore transitioning from open-pit to underground mining project.Actual application of total quality control in project management is introduced from three aspects including quality control for all companies or units,quality control for the whole process and quality control for all personnel.
