摘  要:油菜素内酯(BR)是一种植物激素,具有调控植物生长发育的作用。以芥菜为材料,采用外源2,4-表油菜素内酯(EBR)、乙烯利(Ethephon)、萘乙酸(NAA)等不同生长调节剂进行处理,初步研究了BR在芥菜下胚轴生长中的调控作用。研究发现,外源EBR处理在光照条件下可以促进芥菜下胚轴的伸长,而暗处理下却抑制下胚轴的生长;EBR与NAA协同促进下胚轴的伸长,EBR可以缓解Ethephon对下胚轴伸长的抑制作用,但EBR促进乙烯的合成。综上表明,光信号参与调控BR对下胚轴生长的调控作用,同时BR与乙烯、NAA等信号途径共同参与下胚轴的生长调控。Brassinolide(BR) is a kind of plant hormones that has a function in regulating plant growth and development.In this paper, exogenous 2, 4-brassinolide(EBR), Ethephon and naphthylacetic acid(NAA) were used to explore the effects of brassinolide on the hypocotyl elongation of mustard seedlings. It was found that EBR could promote the mustard hypocotyl elongation under light conditions, while it had an inhibition effect under dark conditions. EBR and NAA had a synergistic promoting effect on the hypocotyl elongation. EBR could alleviate the inhibition effect of Ethephon on the hypocotyl elongation of mustard seedlings, but it could promoted the synthesis of ethylene. The results indicated that the light signal was involved in the regulation of hypocotyls growth by BR, at the same time, BR, ethylene and NAA signaling pathways were all involved in the regulation of the hypocotyl growth.
