摘 要:为了明确黄瓜嫁接过程中植物生长调节剂在砧木不定根形成中的作用,采用断根嫁接的方法,以‘博杰620’黄瓜为接穗,‘博强4-1’南瓜为砧木,研究了不同浓度生长素、乙烯、赤霉素等植物生长调节剂对断根嫁接过程中砧木不定根形成的影响。结果表明,5μmol·L^(-1)IAA以及10μmol·L^(-1)IAA处理对砧木不定根的形成具有明显的促进作用,嫁接后7 d不定根长度分别达到了8.2 cm和10.1 cm,显著高于对照的5.9 cm。且5μmol·L^(-1)IAA处理能够提高嫁接成活率,达到94.5%,乙烯和赤霉素处理虽然对砧木不定根的形成能够产生一定的影响,但与对照无明显差异。因此,在实际生产中推荐在扦插前用5μmol·L^(-1)IAA对黄瓜断根嫁接砧木进行处理。In order to clarify the role of plant growth regulators in the adventitious roots formation of the rootstock during cucumber grafting process, the both-root-cut grafting method was carried out, the cucumber variety‘Bojie 620'and pumpkin variety‘Boqiang 4-1'were used as scion and rootstock separately. The effects of plant growth regulators such as auxin, ethylene and gibberellin on the adventitious roots formation during the cucumber both-root-cut grafting were analyzed. The results showed that the treatment of 5 μmol·L^(-1) IAA and 10 μmol·L^(-1) IAA had obvious promoting effect on the adventitious roots formation, the number of adventitious roots reached 8.2 cm and 10.1 cm after 7 days of grafting,which was significantly higher than that of the control(5.9 cm). 5 μmol·L^(-1) IAA treatment could improve the survival rate of grafting, reaching 94.5%. Although ethylene and gibberellin had a certain effect on the formation of the rootstock root,there was no significant difference compared to the control, and the effect was not significant. Therefore, in practical production, it is recommended to use 5 μmol·L^(-1) IAA solution to deal with the grafted seedlings before cutting.
