护理干预在针刀闭合松解术治疗神经根型颈椎病中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 观察分析综合护理干预在针刀闭合松解术治疗神经根型颈椎病（NRCS）中的应用效果.方法 选择2015年2月至2017年8月期间本院收治的行针刀闭合松解术治疗神经根型颈椎病98例患者,并随机对照试验分为两组,对照组49例给予并发症预防、心理护理等常规护理;观察组49例在对照组护理基础上给予综合护理干预,并比较两组的临床护理效果.结果 观察组的总有效率为93.88％,明显高于对照组的77.55％（x 2=5.333 3,P＜0.05）,两组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前均有下降（均P＜ 0.05）,观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组（t=17.396 9,P＜0.05）,观察组总满意度为97.96％,显著高于对照组的83.67％（x2=5.995 0,P＜0.05）.结论 针刀闭合松解术治疗NRCS采用综合护理干预具有显著疗效,能够有效提高颈椎功能的康复及患者对护理的满意度,显著提高患者的生活质量,值得临床大力推广.Objective To observe the effect of applying comprehensive nursing intervention in acupotomy closure and release for nerve root type cervical spondylosis （NRCS）.Methods From February 2015 to August 2017,98 patients with NRCS treated by acupotomy closure and release at our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,49 cases for each group.The control group received routine nursing care,such as complication prevention,psychological nursing care,etc.;in addition,the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 93.88% in the observation group and was 77.55% in the control group （x 2=5.333 3,P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the VAS score decreased in both groups （P 〈0.05）,and was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （t=17.396 9,P 〈 0.05）.The total satisfaction was 97.96% in the observation group and was 83.67% in the control group （x 2=5.995 0,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in acupotomy closure and release for NRTCS is effective and can effectively improve the cervical spine function rehabilitation and patients＇ care satisfaction and quality of life,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
