摘 要:利用室内饲养和野外调查相结合的方法,对湖南地区思茅松毛虫生物学特性进行了研究,并选用松毛虫质型多角体病毒WP、苏云金杆菌WP、阿维菌素+苏云金杆菌WP、灭幼脲3号SC和氯虫苯甲酰胺SC五种制剂对思茅松毛虫4~5龄幼虫进行了防治试验。结果表明:思茅松毛虫在长沙年生2代,以幼虫在松树表皮树缝或枯枝落叶层越冬。第一代幼虫始于7月上旬至9月上旬,越冬代幼虫始于10月下旬至翌年的6月上旬。0.18%阿维菌素+苏云金杆菌WP表现出较好的前期防控效果和后期持续效果,综合防控效果可达90%左右,1 000倍剂与2 000倍剂无显著差异性;25%灭幼脲3号表现出较强的持续性防控能力,但防治10d后,防效仅为70%左右,且3个稀释浓度均表现出较大的波动性;松毛虫病毒防效不甚理想,主要原因与其病毒的来源存在较大关系。结果可为湖南地区思茅松毛虫监测及防控提供理论依据。The biological characteristics of Dendrolimus kikuchii in Hunan Province were studied by means of laboratory breeding and field investigation,and pharmaceutical screening tests against the larvae in 4 - 5 instars were carried out using five pesticides, including Pine caterpillar virus, Bacillus thuringiensis, Abamectin + Bacillus thuringiensis,Diflubenzuron 3 and Chlorinated phenylformamide. The results showed that the moth occurred two generations in each year in Changsha City. The first generation larvae began in early July to early September,and the overwintering larvae began in late October to early June of the following year. The comprehensive prevention and control effect of Abamectin + Bacillus thuringiensis can reach about 90%, and there is no significant difference between 1000 times agent and 2000 times agent. The comprehensive prevention effect of Diflubenzuron 3 were great,however after 10 days,the control effect was only about 70%,and the three dilution concentrations showed great fluctuation. The main reason for the poor efficacy of Pine caterpillar virus is that it has much to do with its origin. The results can provide theoretical basis for monitoring and controlling D. kikuchii in Hunan Province.
