摘　　要：杉木作为建筑材的用量减少,其用途向装饰材转变是市场经济发展的必然趋势。本文从少节、细节专用良种应用,造林地选择、清理、整地,林分抚育、施肥、密度控制,目标树选择、修枝时间、高度、工具和方法等方面,提供杉木装饰材培育综合配套技术。技术示范实现了木材总产量、大径级材和装饰材比例提高(60%~100%)的目标。The consumption of Chinese fir as building material is decreasing,and its use to decoration material is the inevitable trend of market economy. This paper provides a comprehensive supporting technology for the cultivation of Chinese fir decorative materials from the application of small section and special variety, afforestation land selection and cleaning, stand tending and fertilization and density control, target tree selection, pruning time,height,tool and method. The technical demonstration realizes the goal that the total production of timber, the proportion of the large diameter grade material and the decorative material are high（ 60% - 100%）.
