摘　　要：介绍了建筑工程中的屋面防水施工技术,结合建筑屋面出现渗漏等现象的原因,对一些屋面设计方案、屋面质量、防水材料和管理维护等问题进行了阐述,并提出了解决此类现象的措施,以此确保建筑工程的质量。Mainly introduces the construction of roof waterproof construction technology,combined with the architecture roofing leakage phenomenon such as reason,for some roof design,quality,waterproof roof material problems such as maintenance and management,and puts forward the measures to solve this kind of phenomenon,to ensure the quality of construction projects.
