摘　　要：基于建筑策划与房地产策划的关系,从基本概念、特点和主要形式等方面进行对比,通过对具体项目的分析,进而提高建筑策划和房地产策划有机整合的实践意义。Starting with the relationship between architectural programming and real estate programming,this paper compares the basic concepts,characteristics and main forms. Through the analysis of specific projects,and then draw the practical significance of organic integration of architectural programming and real estate programming.
