摘 要:压水堆核电站硼回收系统涉及硼酸浓缩回收、蒸馏冷凝除盐水回收等功能,目的是硼酸、蒸馏除盐水可循环利用。在系统运行时,需要监测硼酸浓度,通过监测浓缩的硼酸浓度值,控制硼回收系统装置运行。硼酸浓度值是硼回收系统中的关键参数,必须研究可行的测量方案。一般方案有3种,流量计算法、沸腾炉音叉法、振动管密度计硼酸测量法。沸腾炉音叉法、振动管密度计硼酸测量法都是涉及硼表的方案,其硼表供货都被国外垄断。本文在传统测量方案基础上,提出一套经济、可靠的改进方案,通过测点的选择,以及音叉密度计自身安装方式等特性,形成一套可行的方案,探讨硼表国产化的可行性。The boron recycle system of pressurized water reactor performs water/boric acid separation for reuse and so on. The system is automatic running according to the concentrate of boron. So a method for boron concentrate measurement is required by automatic control. There is three methods of boron concentrate measurement, flow calculation, tuning fork density meter in evaporator and vibrating tube density meter in boron measurement. Tuning fork density meter in evaporator and vibrating tube density meter in boron measurement are related to boron meters which are supplied abroad. This article is to improve the method through improved instrument measuring point and the attribute of tuning fork density meter installation as economically and reliably as possible. Research the improved method of boron concentrate measurement in boron recycle system can help factory to manufacture the domestic boron meter.
