摘 要:为了保障TMSR核能项目的实验安全运行,需要构建一套实验室安全监控系统。该系统需要解决以下问题:实验室地域覆盖广、环境差异大、信号种类多、软件接口复杂。基于实时web监测系统的跨系统、跨区域、美观便利、可扩展性强等优势,被广泛应用于实时在线监测。本文是基于node.js平台开发的一套web端的实验室安全监控系统。重点介绍了系统的结构框架、基于视频接口进行软件开发,该系统实现了EPICS信号采集系统和Hikvsion视频采集系统的集成,通过Node-Web前端可视化接口的开发,实现了监测界面中EPICS变量和视频流联动的功能。系统具有分布式、网络化、扩展性好、低成本的特点,对大型科研机构实验室安全监控系统的建设有借鉴作用。The thorium molten salt reactor (TMSR) Nuclear Energy ProjectJ s laboratory safety issues cannot be underestimated. The present commercial system can hardly solve the following problem together: wide geographical coverage, distinct enviromnental difference, various signals, complex software interfaces, etc. To ensure the TMSR can operate safely, it is essential to build, a laboratory safety monitoring system which can fulfill these requirements. We development a laboratory safety monitoring system which is based on the technology of node.js and combined with the EPICS control system and Hikvision video acquisition system. This system has outstanding characteristics, as distributed structure, network distribution, well scalability and optimum economical efficiency. It can monitor various signals such as toxic and harmful gases, temperature and smoke, etc. Importantly, it has the function that the videos can be linked with EPICS signals. This system can be proposed for the development of security monitoring system in large-scale institutions and enterprises.
