摘　　要：本文以某厂300MW机组为例,分析了阀门在线活动和全程活动功能,并根据阀门活动实验过程中出现几个异常现象,通过采取相应措施,使得阀门活动实验安全性得到一定提高,对采用同类型机组配置的机组有借鉴意义。Experiment on valve activity of turbine, it is an important experiment to verify that the valve,what is open for a long time , does not exist jamming phenomena. In this paper, a 300MW unit in a factory is taken as an example to analyze the online activity of the valve and the fiinction of the whole process. According to several abnormal phenomena in the process of valve activity experiments, the safety of the valve activity experiment is improved by adopting corresponding measures. It can be used for reference for the unit with the same type of unit.
