摘  要:对于大方坯连铸机的辊列设计,许多文献中都提供了一定的设计原则和要点,包括连铸机机型、拉坯速度、基本圆弧半径、密排辊段、多点矫直和连续矫直等的确定。基于以上设计原则,着重分析了密排辊段的设计原则,考虑到不同钢种的液相线、固相线、开浇温度、结晶器水量、二冷强度等工艺参数的不同,提出设计密排辊段应该基于坯子的热状态。As to the roll design of the bloom caster, some design principles and key points are provided in many documents, including the determination of the type of continuous casting machine, the speed of drawing, the radius of the basic arc, the section of the dense roll, the straightening of the multi-point and the continuous straightening. Based on the above design principles, the design principle of the dense roller row is emphatically analyzed. Considering the different technical parameters such as liquidus, solid phase line, open casting temperature, crystallizer water and intensity of secondary cooling of different steel types, the design of the dense roller row should be based on the heat state of the billet.
